Frank was the Enfant Terrible of the U.S. airline industry after it was deregulated. He is writing a book that should be interesting. He bought airlines. He merged them. He fought unions all the way. In the end a bankruptcy judge banned him from the industry. I wrote this news analysis in 1990.
